Parent Request for Change of ES
A family can request to drop their current ES and transfer to another ES.
This can be accomplished by:
Filling
out and mailing The
Parent Request for Change of ES. An ES advisor may
call the parent to learn how to better service the student with their
future ES.
The request for change to another ES is not
official until it has been approved by the Executive Director. If the
requested ES is unable to take additional students, then the office can
leave the assignment as it is or find another ES to transfer the student
to.
