Zip Code changes email template

Spring is the time of year when you can make changes to the zip code areas you will serve for the following school year, after you have been with the school for 1 year. When you submit your new zip codes to Karen (kcreason@ieminc.org), please do so in the following format and cc your advisor at the same time.

Zip Code Change Request:

(For zip codes you will serve next year put in a word document and attach in the following format:)

95499...etc.

(One list with no names attached—return between each)
