Spring PO Ordering Deadline Reminder

Dear Parent,

Just a reminder that the deadline for placing any PO’s using this year’s instructional funds is (April 30, 2010).  Please email me any orders you would like placed by (April 15^th) so that I have time to process before the deadline. 

Remember to include the following information:

                ~Vendor name

                ~Quantity of each item

                ~Item number and description

                ~Unit price

Plan ahead!  You may use this year’s funds to purchase instructional materials for next year.  Please let me know if you have additional questions.
