Email template to use to inform the student assignments clerk of your Planned List for the next school year.  Do not include any other information on your email about Planned list.  Use the subject “Planned List—(your name)” for your email.

Students who will be dropping/graduating at the end of the year:  name and number

 

New or transfer students who I’m expecting to work with me next year:  student name (Remember, this will only happen if a transfer request has been made by the parent or ES, or if the parent submits an application with your name.  You cannot request specific students whose parents have not requested you as their ES.)

 

(If applicable only) I am lowering my student count to:

 

(Remember, if you wish an increase to yoru student count, you will need to start by emailing your advisor and they will inform student assignments of nay changes for you.)
