for the centers so that we know how to plan for the next school year. Here is what is provided at the centers:
Resource and lending library of instructional
materials, Contract Program Classes, Personalized Monthly Curriculum Training
(PMCT) for parents, Tutoring Sessions, Parent Meetings, Open Houses, Computer
Use, Piano Classes, Fax for School Use, Copies for school use, Meetings with
ES, Keep up with School happenings, Sign up for events,Testing,
Es Meetings, Student Study Team , IEP meetings, and much more!
Many have been asking whether we can apply this years
instructional funding (2004-2005) to the learning centers. The answer is,
"YES"! Many of you have students who are graduating or students
who will not be using the remaining funds. Parents can choose to donate these
funds to the centers.
We
are accepting Program Expense Agreements for next year from 2004-2005
Instructional Funds at this time. Please designate that it is for
the 2004-2005 school year and the amount of support on the Program Expense
Agreement. We are doing everything in accordance with the SB740
waiver requirements so that we will also receive full funding next year. Based on that, we should be able to provide
$1,250 for grades k-8 and $1,550 for grades 9-12 funding for the 2004-2005
school year.

Full support is $115.00 for grades k-8 and $145.00 for grades 9-12.
Per use support is $5.00 per visit.
The
Program Expense agreements should be given to your ES who will enter the information
into the school's database.
