Process for Ordering

Dear Educational Specialist,
Education Express is looking forward to serving your students with CAHSEE Math and/or CAHSEE ELA tutoring, other academic tutoring, and music instruction.  In order to start the tutoring process, please follow these steps:
1.      First, the Educational Specialist (or parent) completes a short “request tutoring” form for each student on the Education Express website at the following link: http://www.eduexp.com/Request/Tutoring.aspx
2.      Second, once the “request tutoring” form is received, Education Express contacts the Educational Specialist and provides the necessary information for the Educational Specialist to request a purchase order (e.g. confirms the tutoring rate and that a tutor is available in the student’s geographical area at the times requested for the student). 
3.      Third, the Educational Specialist requests a purchase order for the student from South Sutter Charter School.
4.      Finally, when Education Express receives the purchase order, the tutor contacts the student’s family to confirm the first tutoring appointment.
