To obtain the great service available from this vendor and to have a maximum school experience, students, teachers, and parents, need to check their emails regularly, respond to questions, and ask for additional help when they need it. Problems can be resolved sooner if the student communicates regularly with their online teacher or with the school administrator, Heather Simmons. Students and ESs need to inform the online teacher of the semester start and stop dates at the beginning of each semester.
