The student workbook is included in the price of the course and should not be written as a separate line item or on a separate PO. The Encumbered amount of the service PO will NOT include a small amount of shipping that will come out of the student’s IF when it becomes an Expenditure in the student’s IF account, so please plan for that. If a hardcopy of the Teacher Edition is being ordered, it needs to be ordered on its own separate PO and as a Product PO. This PO will include the shipping.”
