Use vendor web pages

To quickly access the most current information, use the vendor webpage on the internet. Bookmark your favorite vendors for easy access. At a vendor website, you can check to be sure an item fits into the criteria of what can be ordered with school funding prior to placing the order.

Use catalog reference libraries

A collection of catalogs is available at some school sites. Check with the site before going to determine if catalogs are available, and the site hours.

Collect your personal library of catalogs

ESs and families will want to collect their own set of catalogs, especially those from your favorites vendors. Be sure to discard the catalogs when they have expired, as some vendors will not honor our orders if we use the incorrect product code or an outdated price. Toll free phone numbers are included on the Approved Vendor list posted on the webpage so that either you or your families can call and request catalogs.
