K-12 Ordering Basic Steps
for ESs
1. Parent and ES
determine the K12 course(s) they would like for the student. Parents may
use the K12 Placement tests for math and LA on the K12 website prior to
ordering to ensure that the grade level is correct.
2. The ES submits
a PO request in ES Webfiles, and waits for it
to become a PO. Then proceed to step 3.
3. The ES also fills
out the K12
order form, includes the PO number, and submits the order form to VSP@k12.com. We need one order form for each
student. The Parent Information requested on the order form has to be
accurate. i.e. a unique phone number, address, and
email address for each family. You can not use the teacher’s email or
telephone number for the order (unless this is a teacher account).
4. When both #2
and #3 items are received by K-12, they will match up the order form and PO and send out the Online School
Registration email and ship any materials.
