DIVISION OF INDEPENDENT STUDY (NORTH DAKOTA) has several literature courses (English, American, and general literature). They also offer courses in science fiction, the novel, and mythology. Their courses include a textbook and study guide.

LEARNING LINKS carries a wide variety of literature selections and related study guides, study units, teacher resources, etc.

OAK MEADOW has high school level literature coursework available. Each year's course includes reading a selection of novels, poetry, etc. A course syllabus guides the student through the various coursework. The literature selections are available from Oak Meadow, Borders Books, etc.

PRENTICE-HALL; HOLT, RINEHART, AND WINSTON; GLENCOE; MCDOUGAL, LITTEL, & CO; GLOBE-FEARON; STECK-VAUGHN; AGS; WEISER, etc. Many of the traditional school publishers/distributors have various literature materials available that include study guides &/or teacher editions. There are literature materials available for a variety of learning abilities -- from low reading level / high interest to AP. Prentice-Hall has a "Literature Library" that includes novels, plays, and various anthologies with corresponding study guides for each of the various titles. McDougal, Littell, & Co. has similar materials available.

REPORT CARD carries a variety of literature guides including a selection of "Novel Units".
