Teacher’s
Edition is
critical to the success of this program. It is where the teaching lesson is
located and each lesson has five parts to the teaching plan: Activating prior
knowledge, Introducing the lesson, Guided Practice, Informal Assessment, and
Independent Practice. Included in each lesson, are strategies for
English-Language Development and Intervention. § Student Workbook is to be used as the last part of the lesson: Independent Practice. This workbook should not be used without first teaching the lesson from
the Teacher’s Edition.

an appropriate book to accompany each lesson. These are books,
