PLIP:  Personalized Learning Improvement Plan


 

For use with students, who according to the CW Curriculum policy, score basic or below in ELA or Math on the STAR, or have not passed the CAHSEE. Parent and ES will complete this form and it will then be kept in the ES's student files.

_____(Math/LA) We are working from a standardized curriculum found on the CWCS Curriculum Recommendations per Grade Level on the CWCS Curriculum Page.

_____(Math/LA) We are working from an alternative curriculum and have completed a PLIP Curriculum Checklist declaring that the material the covers all of the standards for that subject. If the student’s curriculum does not cover all of the areas listed on the checklist, supplemental material may be used to “fill in any gaps”. PLIP Curriculum Checklists:   Language Arts: K-3, 4-8, 9-12. Math: K-7, Algebra, 9-12.
