OdysseyWare Update

Online courses through OdysseyWare are now available for CWCS students in grades 3-12. Students may enroll in a single course for $150, or may enroll for one year of unlimited access/courses for $600. All POs should be sent in as Service POs and must include the ES name and email address.

Per Bruce, our OdysseyWare representative:

The Educational Specialist will be able to present OdysseyWare curriculum to parents and families in two forms.  The two forms are:

      1. By the course, which is $150 per course.

2. Concurrent license, which is $600 but will allow families to have multiple students working through the same site.  Or one student can take as many courses as they would like for the one amount.  Each concurrent license is a portal into our server.

We need to make sure we distinguish the difference on the purchase orders that go to John Wilberger.  My recommendation is that we list on the purchase order which one we are ordering. (I am trying to avoid any confusion once students get started.)

Individual courses should be listed by course name, and extended to $150.

Licenses should say "License" and extended to $600.

Lori Freeman will be setting up general preferences CWCS students; ESs will be given the admin. password to enroll students, set school year dates, and determine grading/testing options. Please email Lori Freeman at lofreeman@connectingwaters.org for the password when you are ready to set up your student.

ESs that attended the OdysseyWare training will be sharing information and assisting other ESs as needed at our monthly ES meetings.
