ALEKS Enrollment Process

Connecting Waters Charter School is pleased to offer students access to the ALEKS Math program. Below you will find instructions for placing the order as well as information regarding this vendor.

ALEKS Math levels available: Grades 3‐12, Math prep for California High School Exit Exam. The Level 3, 4, and 5 math courses include the outstanding QuickTables math facts program.

Ordering Instructions

1) Place the PO in FRED. List the following in the body of the PO: ES first/last name, ES email address, ES telephone, license length, start date, and student grade level

2) Wait 1-2 business days for the PRVPO to become a PO in FRED

3) Obtain the PO # from FRED so it can be included on the ALEKS online order form

4) Go to www.aleks.com to complete the online order form

5) “K12” on gray bar across the top

6) Left side fourth option in green boxes “Ordering Information”

7) Center of page, green box “Order Aleks Now”

8) Begin placing your order (in the “Teacher” section, list your ES information)

Cost: The cost for 52 weeks is $40.00, and the cost for 40 weeks is $35.00. 

Auto Generated Emails: Disregard any emails that are a reminder to place the Purchase Order.  These are automatically generated.

Registering a student in class:

a. The ES will receive an email confirmation from ALEKS with the student’s class code. This email will also include the teacher log-in information.

b. Use the class code to register the student into the ALEKS system following the directions

in the email from ALEKS and/or using the registration directions posted on our website, “How to Register Your Student in ALEKS,”
