to FRED. This is your online tool to help you complete the
tasks of your job as an Education Specialist with an
Citrix gives you access to your files through a user name and password known only to you and your supervisor. When you are working in your files, you must be online; you must also realize that you are inputting and changing information "live" in the actual main database of the school. If at any time you are disconnected by your server, the information you are inputting will not be "lost" but will stay in the file for you to access the next time you log on. Please note that Citrix will not allow you to be logged on and inactive. It may disconnect you if you are idle. You cannot damage anything in these files, so explore away! (But please remember, because you are "live", if you delete something, it is gone.)
A few tips:
-Always remember to click "go" when going from file to file.
-If a drop down list disappears, click your mouse in another field on the page, and then click once in the drop down box and it should reappear.
-Always "log out" never click boxes closed, (even to close a window), and let it complete it's logout without manually closing any windows..
