How to set up for One-Click Log-in

The citrix set up has the following instruction:

The first thing you will see is the FileMaker Quick Start screen. Check the box at the bottom that says “Do not show Quick Start again”.

We apologize, but we now realize that it is best not to do that. It is possible to set up the quick start screen so that you can always open the IEM files with as little as one double-click.

To make the quick start menu show in the future, do the following:

Open the Edit menu, then select “Preferences…”

The Preferences dialog will open, select “Show FileMaker Quick Start Screen”, then click “OK”

The next time you log in, the quick start screen will open. It may look like the picture below:

Click on the Open Database icon to the left, then the screen should look like this:

All you need to do from this point is either select _Menu(DATA1) on the right, then click Open, or you can simply double-click _Menu(DATA1). FRED will automatically open to the ES log-in screen at that point

In the future, when you open filemaker on the same server, you should see this same window, and you will simply need to double-click _Menu(DATA1) to open all your files.

Here’s the tricky part.  IEM has 4 different servers that you are randomly logged into when you log in. So you will need to repeat these steps 4 times, once for each server. Once you have completed it the 4^th time, you can count on your log-in process always being quicker.
