If you want to pdf rollsheets or other documents or windows from Citrix for e-mailing to parents:

-Before opening Citrix, go to your control panel, chose "printer and faxes", right click on the your pdf printer and choose it as your default printer

-Open Citrix. create the rollsheet, or access the screen that you’d like to pdf, and when you click print, you will get your printer screen that will have your pdf program chosen rather than your regular printer.
-When you click "ok" it will ask you to select a location for saving the document. This will be where you will access it for e-mailing.

-After creating the pdf document. Don’t forget to return to your Control Panel to change your default printer back to your original printer choice.
