To Format text (Highlight
text, right click and scroll to style, underline, bold, short cuts ~OR~ Ctrl,
Shift and U=underline; Ctrl, shift and B=Bold, Ctrl, Shift and I= italicize,
~Also~ Ctrl c = copy, Ctrl v =paste)
Printing to PDF
1) Download free PDF Printer (Primo, Bullzip, PDFCreator, etc.)
2) Change default in File: Print Setup:
Make sure that “Current Record” is
visible in “Print” dropdown field
Select PDF printer from Printer “Name”
dropdown field
3) Save to desktop or other file.
Once saved, you can attach a
RS, RC, LR, SA pg. 1, transcript, Scantron test result, etc., to an email and further
economize on paper and ink!
