To Create an ES Test in FRED

*Go to "create" ES test

*There will be two tabs: Monthly Quizzes and Training Tests

*Click on the tab to choose the type of test that you want.

-The Monthly Quizzes correspond with the Monthly ES Agendas. There is a link the monthly quiz in the ES Agenda that can be printed and used for reference when taking the test if desired.

-The Training Tests are for new ES training or training review as directed by ES Advisors.

*Click on the blue plus sign to add a test

*Click “Open” next to the test row to take the test of your choice. Once the test is added, you may log in and out of FRED if needed, and FRED will retain your answers as a “work in progress”.
* If the test has more than 25 questions, click on the next index tab to see the next set of 25. Please note, for every 25th question you will need to highlight and scroll through the text in order to view the entire question. (for monthly quizzes, refer to the agenda quiz linked to the agenda).

*Click on "ES done" when you have completed the test and would like to submit it for review.

*The tests will be automatically graded by FRED twice daily. You should receive an email notifying you if you have passed or if you need to make corrections. It will be cc'd to your advisor.

-For Monthly Quizzes: If corrections are needed, please submit corrections before your ES meeting.

-For Training Tests: The ES must score at least 90% or the email will request that you review the test and resubmit your answers. If you score 90% or better, FRED will send you an email listing the questions that need review.
