Citrix Connection Center

There is an icon at the bottom right of your computer toolbar called Citrix Connection Center (click link to see enlarged picture). If you right click this icon and choose “open Connection Center ”, you can see what Citrix Server you are currently connected to. If you are having troubles with your connection, you can choose “disconnect” and connect again (hopefully the next server you connect to will be trouble free!); or if you find that you are in FRED and your screen has “frozen” and you are unable to log out, use this icon to help you disconnect.
