Fees for repair and refresh:

$75.00: Approx. 1-2 business days provided they can get the parts or software needed. Addition fees will apply if they need to purchase parts.

$25.00: Pickup/Delivery fee to be added if there is only 1 computer to be picked up. At this time there will be no pickup/delivery fee if there are at least 2 computers at the learning centers for pick up; this fee is subject to change. Please contact the learning center prior to dropping off the computer. (You may drop the computer off at a learning center, but please make sure you submit a PO before dropping off computers at the Learning Center to be picked up for repair or refresh. These computers need to be clearly marked with your contact information. Once the computer has been returned to the Learning Center, you will have 2 weeks to pick it up or we will make it available to another family for check out.)
