Internet Service Provider for Your Students’
Usage
ISP Information:
We are currently
using Inreach as our ISP vendor. The charge for
internet access is $13.95 a month, and it is deducted monthly from your ES
account for each family with ISP services. Internet services and monthly
deductions will continue until you (the ES, not the family) notify the office
that you wish services to terminate. Remember to terminate the service by
emailing ISP@ieminc.org when a student
drops.

an account by choice or if a family drops from the school, immediately email ISP@ieminc.org . Remember, monthly deductions
from your IF budget continue until you contact ISP@ieminc.org
and ask for an account to be terminated. ISP accounts will remain active
through the summer months for continuing students who have submitted a Fall SA.
ISP Timeline:
ISP
services will be activated once a month. For activation/deactivation
on the 1st of the month, please be sure all paperwork will reach the IT
department by the 25th of the preceding month. Any notifications reaching
IT after the 25th will start/stop services the following month (in 5 weeks).

concerning ISP accounts for your families, please email ISP@ieminc.org. (The questions will need to be
sent in by the ESs, not the families themselves.)
ISP For Summer Service:
If your continuing
students want to have summer internet access, please make sure that they have
enough funding in their current year accounts for the $13.95 X 2 months ($27.90
for June and July). If they have enough funding, and will not be dropping from
the school, then they may continue their internet service over the summer
months. If they don't have enough funding, or they are dropping from the
school, then it must be discontinued. (The $150 that that can be spent
ahead for Fall curriculum cannot be used as funding for
summer internet service—it must come from the prior year’s IF.)
Please e-mail ISP@ieminc.org by May 24th with a list of those students' names
and student numbers that must be discontinued due to lack of funds
or
are dropping from the school. To continue to receive summer ISP services, the
family must have signed SAs for Fall.
