How do I get technical support for a student computer under warranty.
For Gov Connection Computer Service-All of the school's computers bought from Gov Connection should have a 3 year warranty. If family reports anything wrong with a system within 30 days, the ES(not the parent) should contact our Gov Connection representative, Keri Lampen, (800-800-0019 option 1, x 33137# ) with the PO#.
Gov Connection post technical phone# is: 1-800-800-0014 x6520. Serial# will be required. Call this number for any reason or if you are not sure where to call. After the 30 days period, ( Parents or ES may) contact the computer manufacturer

What does Gov. Connection want, specifically, when a computer under
warranty is returned? (Keyboard, mouse, manual, et al.?)
Everything needs to be returned. Please inform your families
to keep all packing material, documentation and equipment that comes with the
computer system.
What is the warranty on HP printers?
They come with a 1 year parts and labor from HP.( HP Tech
