Mid-Semester Transfers
When a student enrolls in our
school in the middle of a semester, and the previous school has not assigned
grades with partial credits (not typically done), the

or if the grades assigned from the previous school were “F’s”, then we can’t assign
full credit for the full semester, and can only assign credit based on the work
produced while enrolled in our school.

that a student enrolls in our school after our first semester ended, and before
their previous school had finished their first semester… (This
would only occur during the first two weeks of January)…The transcript would
