AESS C

 

Purpose

Another AESS category, AESS C, has been established for any 9th to 12th grade students who enroll on or after Jan. 1 of each year. Typically there are no monies available for AESS A and B for any new students enrolling after December.  K – 8th grade students who enroll after a December date may NOT sign up for AESS. (This does not affect students who enrolled prior to this date!).

 

AESS C Funding

Under AESS contract C, there will be $100 available for the semester for AESS pay, prorated down to a $0 day (see AESS C chart for the current year). Looking at the AESS C chart, note the $0 stipend date for each year after which no more AESS contracts can be submitted for that school year.

 

AESS C Pay

Pay for AESS A and B is automatically deducted from your IF account, and added monthly to your paycheck when the AESS form is completed and sent to the IEM office.  AESS C pay is different.  Please follow the steps below to receive your AESS C pay:

 

  1. Long into ES Webfiles, and go to View/Active Students detail link for the student you wish to sign up for AESS C.
  2. Select the yellow button on the right side of the page that says “AESS Contract C”.
  3. Print for your family.
  4. Follow the directions at the top.  You will need to work with your parents to select what elements will be included in AESS C, and initial those items on the list.  Both ES and parents signs on the left hand side to start the contract.
  5. Look at the AESS C chart for the current school year.  Enter the start date for the student (not before their first official day of school), and the corresponding amount for AESS C for the ES Stipend. Sign that section.
  6. Make copies, then mail to the address listed at the top of the form.
  7. The stipend will be paid as a one month addition to your paycheck and show up as a “certstipend” line item.
