How to Fix Your UserName in F.R.E.D.

When we transitioned to the new version of of FileMaker (FileMaker 9) it caused many user's to have their User Name reset to INNOVATIVE EDUC MANAGEMENT. The User Name is important because in many cases it tells us who created or was the last person to edit a given record. We have attempted to help users correct this by giving a warning message when you log in which then takes you directly to the place where you need to fix this. You may have noticed the following message lately when you log on:

When you click "OK", you will be taken to the following dialog. Please go to the User Name and replace INNOVATIVE EDUC MANAGEMENT with your own User Name (first initial, last name - i.e. hdawson).

NOTE - You may have to do this up to 4 times because we have 4 different servers that you may log into. Please do this every time you see the message at log on. Once you have done it on all 4 servers it should not ask you to do it anymore.
