HQT a-g and General Access 2009

All students must have an HQT

 

 

For CWCS Employees who are offering HQT Access to students without the use of Elluminate and Moodle. (For HQT Access with Business Vendors, please use the PO Process.)
• ES must submit the HQT CP request form (as an attachment to cwcs@connectingwaters.org
• Individual HQTs will have varying requirements based on their location, their subject matter, and the student's needs. Consult the HQT for more information.

 

English Department

Pacing Guide- Student must follow the online Elluminate class pacing guide

Curriculum-Student must use the online Elluminate class curriculum

Office Hours- Monthly contact by phone, email, or online with HQT is required

Portfolio- Monthly sample (specified by instructor)

Assessment- Midterm/final in the form of a project or test (possibly online monthly quizzes)

Progress Report- Submitted once quarterly by ES

Grading-25% from ES/parent progress report, 25% attendance (monthly contact – can be office hours, phone, or email), 25% portfolio, and 25% assessment

 

History Department
