If you need help with using Moodle or with using Elluminate, please watch one of the recorded training video's in Moodle: “Moodle for students and parents”

If you have just an Elluminate Technical Issue, you can contact Elluminate directly or by email.  They are very helpful as you can tell by their response below:

“If anyone has an Elluminate related Issue you can absolutely refer them to our Helpdesk. Please refer them to call 1-866-388-8674 Option 2 to be routed to our Level 1 team.”
