The ES is responsible to make sure that the CP instructor is notified when one of their students drops from a class.  If the student is removed from the CP list prior to the start date, there will be no charge to the student's IF, otherwise, the student account will be charged $40 for Access and $55 for a regular class.  Students cannot drop after the drop date.
