RE: Fall prospectives and CW Initial Student Assignment reminder

Dear ESes,

We will begin assigning students to intake in May in the order in which they applied. Any siblings that apply will automatically be assigned to you if you have space. 

If you know of a new prospective family that is going to request you and you would like to take them, please email stuassign@connectingwaters.org to ask to have your numbers lowered until that family comes to the top of the assigning list, being sure to mention which students you are expecting. When these students come to the top of the list your numbers would be raised in order for you to take them. It would be your responsibility to stay in touch with that family and request your numbers increased in the event they did not enroll. 

If you have space and we have not heard from you, transfer students or new prospectives that complete intake will be assigned to fill your open spaces.
