Test Tools – CAHSEE Prep
Reminder, CWCS has purchased a site license for Test Tools,
an online CAHSEE Prep Program. Please encourage all 10th graders and any 11th
and 12th graders who have not passed the CAHSEE to log in. It’s
free! Remember, ESs do NOT
need to sign up students, it has already been done, students just need to
log on and get started! J
Also, for students who do not have access to the internet, there is a CD Rom
version available for check out from the learning centers that they can load
onto their computer and return.
This month’s conference is a wonderful way for parents to learn about available curriculum. There are some awesome curriculum workshops being lead by publisher/program representatives!! Please share the flyer with all of your parents, and you might also want to think about which workshops you would like to attend….

My favorite for STAR is the Buckle Down series by Buckle Down Publishing. They
have prep workbooks for English-Language Arts, Math, Science, and History, as
well as CAHSEE. http://www.buckledown.com/california.htm. Many ESs and
families have shared they like
