This meeting is mandatory for all ESs. Please print and bring a copy of this schedule to the meeting with you. Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be provided by CWCS.

| 11:30-12:15 | Lunch Provided/ Have picture taken in large room if missed earlier |

| 1:00 | First session begins in rooms A, B, C, and D |
| 1:50 | End of First Session, move to next room |
| 1:55 | Second session begins in rooms A, B, C, and D |
| 2:45 | End of Second Session, move to next room |
| 2:50 | Third session begins in rooms A, B, C, and D |
| 3:40 | End of Third Session, move back to large room |
| 3:40 | Closure, End of meeting |
Each ES should select three different sessions to attend (remember to sign in at each one), and plan on meeting at the end of the afternoon at 3:45 for closure and any last minute details that we need to address.
If a session is too crowded, please join another and try the desired session at an alternate time if available.
