After completing the mid-year self check, please copy and paste this checklist into the text of an e-mail, and put an X in front of each item indicating that you’ve completed it. Send the e-mail to your advisor no later than January 30th.
__ Go to “view” All Students in WEBfiles to see that there are no overdues for attendance, learning records, or student agreements
__ Click on the student numbers and look at each student’s attendance records to make sure that all rollsheets are in, with no gaps.
__ Look at each learning record to make sure that the dates match the rollsheet dates. If the dates of the learning records do not match the dates of the rollsheets, you must change the LR dates. It is easily done be clicking on the track day (number under “beg” or “ending”), deleting that number, and typing in the correct track day number… the date will automatically change…ask advisor for help if needed!)
Check here to make sure the numbers run consecutively… i.e. 1-16 track days for first LR, the next LR should start with track day 17.
__ Look at each learning record for sufficient content, new learning, appropriate standards marked, grade levels; and a-g textbook titles, PLIPs, reading level for basic courses, and HQTs indicated when needed.
__ Check for complete transcripts for HS students and that they align with learning records (if you’ve submitted a report card for a student, but no transcript appears, make sure that you’ve clicked the “done” button... if still not there, let your advisor know)
__ Go to ES Sort Category view of transcript for each high school student to be sure the course levels are accurate.
__ Check for report cards for K-8 students if applicable
__ Check on any POs that have not been processed or received in a timely manner
