Mr. Mandelberg is the Founder and Managing Principal of Beyond Point B and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy, Innovative Education Management, and The Technology Council. He has also served on the Board of the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, chairing several committees and task forces. As a member of McClellan Air Force Logstar program, Mr. Mandelberg has worked with other Sacramento business leaders and Air Force Officers in a successful effort to blend the military and private sector to better serve the regional community. |

Randy is president of Innovative Education Management and is responsible for the overall management of the company, which has managed 9 successful California charters. Randy is a UCLA graduate in economics and has a California Teacher’s Credential. He has been in education for the past 13 years both as a teacher and administrator. He founded one of the first successful charters in California, Horizon Instructional Systems. Randy has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the California Network of Educational Charters for the last 6 years. Randy is a strong advocate of parent’s choice in education as well as individual learning plans for students |

Sharon Tobar is currently the Chief Financial Officer at St. Francis High School. She has earned a MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS, Cum Laude, in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Her experience as a controller and administrator has helped her create synergistic solutions to impacting problems at the companies that she has worked for and continuing that practice at St Francis High School. Prior to her current position she was the Vice President of a consultation company where she consulted, trained, and presented concepts about the Predictive Index System for clients in the Sacramento region. Additionally, she founded the Sacramento Web awards and chaired the Executive Committee since inception. |
