Section 1: Student Profile
Accessing your Student
Profiles from the Home page
1. From the Home page, click
the Classroom tab.
2. Click on the Pink and Blue Student icon.
3. Choose the Students tab.
4. Click on a student’s name
to view his/her information.
5. Click on the Performance Testing tab to see how the
student did on their tests.
Section 2: Printing Student Profiles
Printing Student
Profiles from the Site Admin menu
1.
From the Scantron Home page, click the Site Admin tab.
2. Under Students click Profile Reports.
3. Select Full Year and select the subjects you would like to have printed
and then click next.
4. Select the student(s) that you would like to print
out and click next.
5. Select which Report Template you would like to use
and click next.
6. Verify that the
information is correct and click next.
7. A new browser will open
with the test results from that year.
8. Print or save it to your
computer.
Section 3: Suggested Learning Objectives
1. From the Home page, click
the Classroom tab.
2. Click on the Pink and Blue Student icon.
3. Choose the Students tab.
4. Click on the particular
student that you would like to print out objectives for.
5. Click on
the Performance Testing tab.
6. On the
left hand side, click on Suggested
Learning Objectives.
7. Check each Subject
Area/Unit for which you want to view the Suggested Learning Objectives, or
select Toggle All Checkboxes on This
Page to check all of the boxes, and then click next.
8. Choose the options for the
student by selecting how many Learning
Objectives Attained you want them to review and how many Suggested Learning Objectives you would
like them to work on to help them toward academic success (usually 3 for each
is reasonable). Decide if you want to exclude objectives that are
not in your standards and if you only want to include standards within the
student’s grade level, and then click next.
9. To view the Suggested
Learning Objectives in PDF form, click on the PDF icon in the top right corner
of the page.
Section 4: Generating a Study Guide and Test
1. After you have selected
the standard(s) you would like to cover from the Suggested Learning Objectives menu (see
Section 3), click on the Targeted
Instruction icon in the top right corner of the objectives box.
2. Choose the skills that you
would like to cover in the study guide and test, then
click next.
3. Create the title and
directions for your test and click save.
4. You have now created a
test, study guide, and answer key. Click
on each and either open or save them in word.
Section 5:
Spoiled Test Data
1. Open an Internet browser.
2. Go
to http://www.edperformance.com/
and click the Admin Login button.
3.
Enter Site ID, Staff ID and Password
4.
Select Performance Tests icon
on top of the home page.
5. Go
to Performance box at the left side
of the page and select Spoiled Tests under
Testing Status Reports.
6.
The screen will come up and list all your students’ spoiled tests and list
the reason why under details.
NOTE:
One
way a test becomes spoiled is if a student begins a subject test and does not
complete it in the two week time period. After testing your student, please make sure
their test did not spoil in all three subject areas of
Reading, Mathematics, and Language Arts.
