Special Directions for Non-Readers in 2^nd Grade

1) In the Fall, use the WRAT instead of Scantron for any 2nd grade student who is a non-reader, unable to make progress on the Scantron, timing out, and/or experiencing sufficient frustration over the inability to read the screen contents. 

2) During the regular Scantron testing time in the second semester, administer the WRAT, again, for comparison purposes.
