Checking, Communicating and Entering Assessment Data in FRED
The majority of communication taking place between the ES and the Assessment Dept is on the ES Stu Assessment layout in FRED. Go to “view” students, click “test info” tab, and then click on the student number. There are 5 tabs, each one a different color, labeled STAR, PFT(PE Test), CAHSEE, WRAT 4, Writing. Be sure you have clicked on the appropriate tab before checking or entering data.
Assessment will check the comments box daily for concerns. The ES will know when the concern has been addressed by looking in the section titled Admin Use Only. When the concern has been resolved, the small box will be marked. (box in top right of screen)
If time is short and the box has not been marked, email Leita Barlow at cwcsassessment@connectingwaters.org
to find out what is going on.
