2010 STAR Test Site Letter

To: CWCS Students in Grades 2-11

Dear Connecting Waters Parent(s)/Student,

Your student is scheduled to participate in STAR testing on the following dates at the location indicated below:

St. Patrick’s Church

671 E. Yosemite Avenue

Merced, CA 95340

Dates: 7th grade Writing test only: March 2nd at St. Patrick’s Church 

Time: 10:00 AM - Appx. 11:30 AM

Writing makeup test: March 3rd at the Ceres site:Ceres Seventh-day Adventist Church

1633 N. Central Avenue, Ceres, CA

Time: 10:00 AM – Appx. 11:30 AM

Dates: 2^nd-11^th grade Multiple Choice testing: April 14-16 at St. Patrick’s Church

Time: 10:00 AM - grade specific, see schedule.

Students in Grades 5, 7 and 9 will be administered a Physical Fitness Test (see test schedule) so be sure to remind them to dress appropriately and bring water.

Contact your Education Specialist immediately if you have any concerns regarding the information in this letter and they will work with the Assessment Department in resolving issues.

Also, please be sure to call your ES if there are student emergencies during assigned test dates.
