Entering STAR Confirmation Data

 

Following is the process for entering STAR data in WEBfiles:

Assessment mails STAR confirmation letters to students’ homes.

The ES collects the letter, and upon receipt of the signed STAR confirmation letter, enters student data in the ESStuDetail layout. (Save all letters for collection at a later date.)

 

The following fields MUST be filled in:

 

1.Will Student attend STAR testing?

If the "I have a concern" is selected, click in the appropriate box of

concerns and/or write in other concerns if they are not listed.(The assessment

dept. will work to resolve the concerns and as soon as they are resolved, the

assessment dept will change the "I have a concern" to "Yes, Concern has been

addressed"  and will email the ES with the resolution of the concerns.

 

2. Emergency Contact #

 

3. The following fields MAY need to be filled in depending on your individual

student:

- Parent will assist...

- Student could be a behavior problem...

 

4. PE Test information needs to be filled in ONLY IF the student is in the 5th,

7th, 9th grade AND they have a medical limitation. Mark the exercise that the

student is UNABLE to do.
